Presently, HHA assists in providing meals at Upendo school in Kalangala on the Ssese islands.

HHA volunteers have participated in medical camps throughout Uganda from Yumbe to Mbale.

Presently Harmony Hands Africa is establishing reliable partners for the construction of wells and further medical camps.

HHA feeds children, delivers educational supplies to schools in underserved communities, and brings puppet shows and entertainers to children.
